Out of town today..so I'm not around a scale. Finished up my APPLE DAY...and felt really good about it. Was not real hungry at all. Coming off the Apple Day yesterday I ate a salad for a lunch...then had chicken and asparagus for dinner...I was full!!! Think I am starting to fill fuller at each meal.
