Thanks to all my wonderful "buddies" for supporting me on my trip back to phase 1. I feel so blessed to have your encouragement!!! I just had a sweet reminder of the JOY of eating healthy. My kids talked me into picking them up Subway today as they are home on Spring Break. My 3 year old daughter picked at her sandwich for awhile and then said,"I wish I could have a salad like you mom." I was more than happy to make her one!!!
