Today's exercise.....
Ab Crunches....3 sets of 25 Arm curls with 6 lb weights...50 each wall push ups...3 sets of 20 Waist twists with 6 lb weights..25 each side jumping jacks....50 (its a start) Running in place 5 min. no stopping (it's a start)
***Does 12 min. of tanning and sweating like crazy burn calories???***
I really hope to work hard to increase my jumping jacks and my running. I have an "issue" with one of my legs and it's prevented me from doing many exercises. ( I can't do the eliptical because of this and its my favorite machine).
