I am seeing and am amazed at just how little I really need to eat to feel satisfied each day. I only comsumed 1300 of my 1800 calories yesterday and was totally satisfied!! Wow! Eye opening!

Diet Calendar Entry for 28 May 2010:
1535 kcal Fat: 32.60g | Prot: 153.41g | Carb: 156.75g.   Breakfast: fat free milk, EAS Whey protein powder, Multi grain Cheerios. Lunch: lucerne fat free cottage cheese, Tyson grilled & ready fully cooked chicken brt strips, pictsweet Deluxe Baby brussels sprouts. Dinner: Great Value Canned Carrots, Lean Ground Beef 93/7. Snacks/Other: Chocolate Fudge Frosty Shake (Small), 1/2 cup skim milk. more...

We all have days like that. Some days your get hungrier than others. At your current weight though, it is better to eat at the high end of the caloric range. As you lose weight, you will need to reduce calories to keep losing. If you cut them too much now, you might get stuck as time goes on. Having high and low days can actually keep your metabolism rev'd so, don't be afraid to eat when you are hungry. Good luck!
