Someone hit my car yesterday and drove off. Quite stressful. My usual coping mechanism was to go to the fridge.
Decided to use the Xbox instead (almost the Gym, but small steps first)
So instead of eating to relieve stress, I vented my anger on innocent computer sprites.
Next step, the punch bag!
