Well today has been a bit...meh. Had a doctor's appointment and it went how I thought it would...my blood pressure is still too high and now they are changing my medication again. This will be the 5th time...I am only 29! I shouldn't be having this many issues!! >< Anyway...I made it a point to workout tonight...and then had myself a salad as a snack. I am trying not to eat beyond 8-830 pm but I know that is going to be extremely hard when I actually work a full day because I get home so late. I will try my best though. I need to lose this weight and pray that it helps my blood pressure.
