just what i thought! first day of period and scale is showing me 59!!WTF!!!!what a combination ..thats what you get for binging nite before and first day ..1 1/2 gain kilos in one day!!! on scale of course, dont feel it with my clothes..just tummy bloated..kinda makes your day though...disaster..cut down drastically on calories tdy..drink over 2lts water..
