Once you see true results, no temptation is worth it, your addicted to making the better choice 😏🙌🏼

Yes and no for me lol. I still make bad choices but I have less guilt over them because I eat better most of the time. Snickers are still worth not losing quite so much because it’s only 250 kcal. Now pizza, as much as I love it, isn’t worth it to have it 3-4 times a week at 1000 kcal a meal. But it’s worth it twice a month or so. The meal out then one lunch of the leftovers. After that the kids get the rest and I usually tell them to eat it or hide it lol.

I still like my temptation of a double scoop of chocolate chip icecream on a waffle cone..hahaha it keeps me sane.😜

I have all those yummy foods too, but as long as portions are control (calories) the body does not care 😏🙌🏼

the power in the WOE that you have chosen to eat, Rosie is knowing that if you want some Cheetos you can have theM. They are not a FORBIDDEN food. It is your choice to have some without CHEATING. It is also a personal choice to eat some— not all.. that is such a liberating concept for people who can achieve this level of control and have a healthier relationship with food. No guilt, no remorse required. Dust the orange powder off your hands and move on with your day.
