I totally forgot to weigh in this morning before I ate! I'm sure it would have been in the 154's! Darn it I've been waiting so long to see 1154 something. I'm going out to eat for our anniversary tonight and I guess that is just a good incentive to eat clean. Ii was going to have a glass of wine but I think I will forgo. I really want to hit my next goal and with TOM on the horizon I will have to be pretty careful the next few days, I have four more days to lose a half a lb.

I have to say I am so roud of myself I went to the fair last night and didn't give in. I had a salad with shredded beef on top. It was ok but I'm pretty sure it was mostly safe. The dressing probbably had some sugar in it but I didn't see it on the scale this morning. After dinner my huband went to get a sweet treat for the kids. He came back with and elephant ear, a funalcake and a chocolate dipped piece of cheese cake. I did not have one bite! I have to say that I think that it is pretty ironic that all the skinny people in my family were gorging them selfs and I the fat one sat watching. But I was pretty ok with it. The only one that sounded good was the cheesecake. Here is to life changes! I knew how far it would all set me back and how it owuld make me feel and I just didn't want to go there!

I watched a video about low carb life and am realizing that I may never be able to go back. I just don't think I have a very high tolerance to carbs in any form. We will see.

I did better with the raspberries yesterday. I only did 3/4 of an oz and I didn't have any huge cravings. I think I will absain today because of going out to dinner tonight. We are going to Greek food. I think I'll have a salad and lamb! SOunds sooooo good.

155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
