I had Easter at my in-laws. They were all surprised at how much weight I lost. Then they without realizing felt obligated to keep asking me if I wanted food....NOOOOO!!!!!! Even after I explained the diet and regiment I am on! Thank god I am home where the Carbs are scarce!

Isn't it almost scary to go elsewhere and food is "not a big deal" or not "thought about" at all?? It's like our eyes are opened to learning and taking action for our health! Good for you! GREAT to be recognized!! BRAVO!
