Weight 155.7, I didn't want to put it on the chart because I'm sure tomorrow it will be gone.


Last week: hips 40 3/4
waist 35
chest 36 1/2
rib 32
arm 12
thigh 24 3/4

This week:
waist 34 1/4 down 3/4 of an inch
hips 39 1/2 down 1 1/4 inch
ribs 32 3/4 up 3/4
chest 35 3/4 down 3/4 inch
thigh 24 3/4 same
arms 12 same

I would have liked to se the scale just a little lower but I think that that makes about 2 lbs last week. I if I see the same this week I should see 153 something!!!! That would be AMAzING! I just can't wait to get out of the 150's! IT can't come soon enough.

I'm thinking that I need to be really carefull to get enough food. I seem to lose on the days I go just above my RDI. It's hard to do that much food in a day! IT is work it!
