I was honestly expecting to gain because I cheated two days. I have a cheeseburger addiction I can't seem to get over. Better luck next WI I suppose.

Marla make your own cheeseburgers at home. Use the low cal bread instead of buns, ground turkey and low-fat cheese slices. It may require a little work, but at least you won't have to worry about hidden calories/fat from a fast food burger. You'll do better, don't beat yourself up. I brought a veggie patty and bread for lunch, I too love a cheeseburger.

my version of cheeseburger. Two slices low-cal whole wheat double fiber bread, one 3 oz veggie burger, one slice 2% cheese you can even add one 1TBSP lowfat mayo and voila there you have it. 1 starch, 1 protein, 1/2 dairy, 1 fat. It's pretty good for a "diet" burger and takes less than two minutes to prep.

What does the veggie burger taste like? I have never bought one of those before, are they the ones in the green boxes, (I think)?

Veggie Burgers are made by two companies I know of: Boca & Morning star. Both taste great, almost like burgers.......Try them sometime....

Jennie Lean brand makes a very good Turkey burger in the frozen section, just put on the grill 4 minutes and they are done. After they are cooked they only weigh 2oz,so you can have two and make yourself a double cheese burger, they are pretty good. dj
