I've decided to write down what I eat and what time over the weekends, they just won't make it to the site. No worries...the tummy size is shrinking and I can't stuff myself too much! LOL.

Drank some serious water yesterday - I LOVE Kool-aid Jammers frozen. Cut off the top, put it in a 16 oz cup and use it as 'ice' and fill it up with water. Did this 5 or 6 times yesterday - plus drank my usual 64 oz water - added ice this time twice. So not sure how much regular water I got.

Started weeding the garden yesterday - WAY to warm to be doing that with the sun baring down on me. Gave it up and stuck to pulling up volunteer oak trees from my flower beds instead - it was in the shade. LOL.

Saw my nemesis the Eastern Lubber grasshopper hatchlings...and those lovely Palmetto bugs....they better enjoy life while they can. The battle for the garden bounty will be won by the humans again this year!!


Pray for my friend Christine...she's about at the end of her rope with immature mind games.
