A poor week and boy do I feel it!
Meals went unplanned and unlogged, the gym went unattended and old habits resurged.

Although I didn't give up completely and just go crazy, I did feel like I wasn't fully in control.

I wasn't eating enough during the day, so I'd get home with half my calories still to consume. By then Id be starving and eat too much come dinner time. Also, with less snacking going on I don't think I had anywhere near the amount of fruits and veggies that I want to be eating.

Reackon that's at least part of the reason why I didn't get to the gym before work too. Just felt shattered. And still had a full stomach from dinner!

It's a new week and time to get the bull by the horns again.

Going to get some cooking done and have all my lunches in the freezer ready to take to work (that's been woking out really well, and saving me a fortune). Hitting the gym after work and will get stuck in at least 4 times this week to make up for being so pants last week.

I'm going to review some of my 'menus' from earlier weeks and try and get back into the swing of what I was doing then.

That graph will be going down again this week!
