Sue brought over this zucchini creation on Thursday night. It was delicious, but I had to call it fried cheese, because it was mostly Parmesan. Yikes! I ate only one round. I will NEVER make this myself. Can't even guess the points, but she mixed oil with garlic and grated Parmesan and breaded the zucchini and baked it for 25 min.
