Rhoda Dendron's Journal, 23 September 2018

Sue and I are going out to Bongo Burger for dinner. I plan to have half a lamb burger in a pita, and I plan to have the Bongo Salad with lettuce, feta, tomato, cuke and olives with tahini dressing. I have no idea what to put down under dinner, but I am going to be very careful what else I eat today. Oatmeal and fruit mostly. And a couple cups of tea. There will be some walking in Berkeley to get to the Greek for Wintyn Marsalis and Jon Batiste. So that should help me out. I am going to be mixing my lemonade with Perrier in order to fool myself into thinking that I am full. Ha! And I am saving 50% of my daily calories for dinner, so that should work out. Have not weighted myself since I got back from vacation. Will do it in about another week.
