I am down 2 lbs, but things have been so crazy for me lately that I have not been able to do much with posting. I am doing good with eating still, not following 100%, but I am very pleased with where I am again! As for exercise, not been to the gym, but have started playing softball again, so that is volleyball 2x's a week, softball 1 night a week and on the weekends. So I think I am getting great exercise and my clothes are showing it.

Just wanted to update everyone quick before I head to lunch!

Hope you are all doing well!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

You're doing great. Even with your ups and downs and straying a bit you haven't reversed any of the progress you've made. You're a testament to changing your lifestyle not dieting. Way to go!

Yeah, I'd say you're getting plenty of exercise. Great job on your weight loss. I understand being busy...it sounds like you're keeping with it though!!
