Didn't sleep very well even though I took natural sleep aids. Don't know if it's because of the stress earlier this week, then the walking. Or it could be the Drenamin I been taking daily. Fasting blood glucose this morning was 72. I had a very slight headache I think due to the low blood glucose. Also think all the thyroid meds lately maybe too much right now as my Adrenals still are not recovered. I am slowing down on those so none today.

Several hours after eating my glucose is 77. I am eating 17 choc. chips right now to combat the low estrogen and therefore the gout. The fiber and the chips only come to about 6 carbs.
127.5 lb Lost so far: 2.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
