Gained back a portion of a lbs. Expected to lose. But went out and ate at 8:30pm and wasn't planning to. Took 4 Drenmin yesterday but did not get dizzy. Been taking mulit vit the last 2 days. Gout is much better but still have hardness in foot. Was about 8.0 alk this morning. Fasting glucose is 79 this morning.
127.9 lb Lost so far: 2.1 lb.    Still to go: 14.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
