I did great yesterday in all areas. I ate well, I exercised well, I did my work, and I worked on my future. I'm having "faith that it will rain" so I am digging the ditches to capture all the water (blessings) that will come. I bought a bunch of fruit and veggies yesterday and loved the dessert-like sweetness of the cherries, grapes and cantaloupe.
I tried to measure my glucose this morning, but the battery ran out. I'll get a new one tomorrow.
