And here is starts again!
I started recording my food & exercise today... I am so excited about it, I hope my confidence and will power doesn't change to negative!

Yayyy!! thanks Anne! I was at the gym for over than 2 hours and I was working intensively! I am dead tired now lol... it<s 11:33PM and I just got back home... nighty night!
