Too much fat and not enough protein. This is the stuff I have always struggled with. I’m surprised I didn’t go over on carbs! Any suggestions of things high in protein (no shakes please 🤮) that are also gluten free????

I keep shredded chicken breast and shredded pork loin on hand at all times, great protein. (I actually have the opposite problem, too much protein lol)

Egg white (3.5 servings) omelette, with Lean sirloin (3oz), Grated Parm, Baby spinach and organic salsa (10 cal). I do 4 servings of egg whites. When I start the day with egg whites, my carbs ad fats are down.

Tuna, steak, mixed nuts, eggs, and certain sauces.

I’m wheat free but I’m a big protein eater. Kind protein bars are good. Personally I like steak form of jerky that’s been marinated and hung to dry. The fat is lower in this type. I won’t touch stick jerky. Deli meat is good to have around. Some days I’ll just eat rice and beans with a little shredded cheese. Depends on my mood.

I do a lot of peanut butter through out the day !! Also steak , grilled chicken , tuna fish !!
