So I am finally back in the 160's. I am so excited to be back losing again. I am really sticking to the Induction diet well again. I have tried the Ketosticks just as an experiment and they are getting darker. I am doing well on the water challenge. I literally had to force myself to exercise today. Two kids makes me so tired somedays. I feel better now that I did though. I jogged about 2 miles not including my warmup and cool down walking, but note to myself, I will do it earlier in the morning, it was about 80 degrees outside when I was running and almost midday. Not cool. I really need to try and find some new recipes. I have gotten to the point where I eat the same thing over and over. I guess I need to stop being such a picky eater.
