so far so good. but I'm tired of going over the calories for each day. especially when it is usually a banana or salad that send me over. so I am moving my limit up 100 calories. hope I still do well on my weight loss. so tired of my knees hurting me.
is it terrible that I get mad at people for telling me I don't need to lose weight. I just want to feel good again.
143.0 lb Lost so far: 22.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I deal with joint pain issues and it looks like we're about the same weight, so I hear you. I'm trying to gain strength and feel good so I'm not completely miserable when I get a little older. I think if you're losing and eating healthy foods, upping the calories shouldn't be a big deal, and you won't see that darn red. :)
