Not surprisingly I have not shifted my weight although all the exercise has been great and my body is changing its shape but not the middle. So tightening down on the diet and mindful eating. It is the cravings that always get me.

change is good and you seem really ready to go to the next level

The middle is so hard. I have a spreadsheet showing my weight and measurements going back 6 years. My lower stomach/abdomen area is the same exact measurement no matter what I weighed! I've lost 28 pounds and that # is still the same. My doc told me yesterday if I kept losing it would eventually reduce. I am skeptical. I think I must have some sort of camel gene in me that's hoarding fat in my hump.
