Woohoo! I'm now in the "onderland" where we want pounds going UP!

Today: 5 sets/15 reps of 💯 pound deadlifts. That's a TL of 7500 lbs just on that 1 exercise

Not "bodybuilder" standards, but they're transforming my whole backside from the neck down.😊

adefwebserver: whatever feels like hard work, works! Last fall I had to start with no weights at all for 'hover' squats. That was enough back then to make me sore! Slow & steady wins the race. 😊
