only been back at it a week and I'm making slow but steady progress. I need to exercise but I'm really unsure what to do since I spend​most of my time sitting in my wheelchair or my recliner. any thoughts on what kind of exercise would e fit for me. I have foot drop and balance issues as well as a bad hip that makes walking extremely taxing.
