Goodness what a month. 12 days vacation in CA, 2 days Chicago, 12 days Tampa. I gained only 1 pound. Amazing. I did keep walking which I think helped. I am looking forward to getting these next 8 pounds off.
131.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Wow. I don't know what I'm more impressed with that you were on vacation for for 26 days or that you only gained a pound. I barely remember what a vacation feels like it's been so long... :) Congrats!
