I believe I am on the road to figuring out my calf pain. I am so elated about it. I think the shoes had something to do with it plus my water intake. Also I've taken to using the vibrator on my legs before I head out in the morning and I think that helps alot. Thank yous to all who gave me advise as it was ALL good advise.
