I am having a hard time finding things to eat at lunch. Few choices because I am looking for something quick. I really need to bring my lunch. Getting frustrating. Had fun celebrating daughter's birthday but ate things I wouldn't have eaten had I been home. trying to not let that derail me. Get back on track. That is part of the rhythym of healthy eating. Reality isn't all or nothing! Need to remember that.

Pre-planning and cooking will probably be something that you'll need to start doing. I am very busy. I work full time, commute about 3 hours a day, attend college classes full time, have 2 children in the house that play sports. I cook up several meals on the weekends for the work week. My coworkers think Im camping out with all the food I bring on Mondays, but if it weren't for this, I wouldnt be able to get it done. If you need ideas, look over the recipes here on this site as well as Atkins and other low-carb recipe sites.
