Seems that I can lose weight when I put my mind to it but keeping it off is a whole different matter. I am hoping to stay focused on eating healthy, exercising and stop the up and down over the last few years. I can't give up on this!

looking for buddies
Hi - I started Atkins about two weeks ago and am losing, want to lose 40 more pounds lbs. I'm 55 and was on it about 6 years ago and I really liked the energy and no craving carbs but I didn't stay on it and gained the weight back. Trying to take one day at a time and eat healthy. I'm looking for ideas to take lunches to work. I am looking for a buddy too. Can't do this alone!
