Blood sugar not as bad as I thought it would be. Will try having my big meal with carb at lunch and then big salad with protein at dinner and see what happens with my blood sugar. Continue to try to stretch hips.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
