Really notice a difference in my aching and strength just from a couple days of stretching. Blood sugar is good too. Everything is good except the one thing I wanted to happen- my weight. But the point was to control my blood sugar and that is happening. Hopefully if I keep the diet and exercise up the weight will follow.
178.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
