Day one. Scared sh*tless. So fed up gaining pound upon pound. I’m at my heaviest I’ve ever been my whole life, and this needs to change. Me and my boyfriend are embarking on this journey today, and we are determined to kick some butt!!! 350lbs no more...

Welcome!! This is a great place for motivation and accountability (if you want that). It's funny - it doesn't matter if someone gains 10lbs or 100lbs - my philosophy has always been; "if you haven't changed what ails you then it simply doesn't hurt enough". Many of us get to a point of pain that can only be healed by change. Congrats to you for making that first step. We are here for you 💕
