Walked this morning, circuit this afternoon. I think if I want to keep seeing results I need to up my exercise routine. Dieting alone is not enough. Getting outside to walk has been nice the last couple of days, despite how insanely hot it has been. I think I will try to get my butt out of bed and walking every morning before work. I'm always up early anyway, so I might as well make use of that time.
