Amazes me, when I am sticking to my diet, how long the food lasts before it is gone.

6 hrs. l think ! l choose to eat only 1/2 of my food, an then l get ‘not deprived ‘ yet it’s clear WHEN to...... stop eating!

I wind up throwing some food items away because I don't eat them fast enough. Groceries that used to last maybe a week will be in the fridge for a month. I give some of it away so it won't go bad. Sticking to my plan :)
