Hey everyone, it's been awhile. I have been back a week now. I am so disappointed with myself. I can't believe that I gained all my weight back. I thought I was at a point where I didn't have to write everything down & count calories. As I see I was very wrong. Well there is no reason to cry about it now. I need to go back to what I was doing. It's great to see how well everyone is doing. Keep up the great work. Wish me luck to stay focus & motivated. I hope everyone has a great day.

We all far short sometime, but whatis important is getting back on track. Keep your head held high and continue eating rigth and exercising. You will do well. You have a support system here anytime you need it. Pat
