I woke up this morning, knowing that have to totally change my eating habits and exercise habits...AGAIN. I've totally slacked off, slipped off into a funk of eating nearly constantly (thank goodness I do not know how to eat in my sleep!)

One of my friends is considering a 1/2 marathon toward the end of the year. I told her I was on board with it...ie, I am working on exericing/training for it. I know myself. I TOTALLY have good intentions, and then get tired of trying cause I don't see results fast enough.

When I'm stressed, my body doesn't like it, nor do I. Our house needs cleaning, our yard needs tending, our community garden needs to be tending....and argh.....I could go on and on and on, but it won't change unless I do something about it.

Other than that...it would be totally nice to come into the office and not have some form of 'urgent' mission to deal with. You work late to catch up and really it's totally irrelevent to the client. Sometimes it would be nice if the client appreciated it, you know? Not holding my breath....back in the game. Go team!
