🌿My new favorite roasted vegetable. Dang these are tasty!🌿
Roasted radishes with the tops on. The tops get crispy like kale chips. Freakin delicious. 😛

Hey Gingerk65, yeah you can definitely do it without a sauce. Good olive oil plus seasoning with whatever herbs and spices you like will enhance all the natural juices and give you plenty of flavour without any need for extra sauce. If it is dry, I sometimes have a little natural yoghurt on the side (not sure if that's allowed in keto), which goes well with those juices too.

Thanks @gobrice. I think yogurt is off limits but I could add some chicken broth. I bought some chicken bone broth but even the dogs did not like it! Fortunately, I keep broth from when I stewed a chicken.
