I'm debating on what to eat for dinner. Asparagus and carrots or Taco Lettuce Wraps. I have got to get my sleep schedule regulated again because it is absolutely wrecking my exercise routine. I'm constantly feeling exhausted, far too exhausted to do much.

Maybe try having a protein shake in between your main meals. That just might help with getting you more energy! And with the low-calorie style, are you taking vitamins and supplements? I have my own "energy stack" I take consisting of a multivitamin, b-complex, flax seed oil, and zinc-magnesium-vitD-calcium. I feel it helps a lot!

Oh yes! I use this thing called Zipfizz that you pour into water and drink and it's loaded with B12, potassium and antioxidants; I take a multivitamin, vit c, vit d, flax seed oil and sometimes krill oil, and a joint supplement thing. Lol.

I'll have to find this Zipfizz stuff. Sounds good! I need to get back on the glucosamine. It really helped me heal up after my patella dislocation last year.

Do you have a Sam's Club around you? That's where I got it. I'm sure you might be able to find it online, it is somewhat pricey though, $20 for a box of twenty. I usually take two a day, one in the morning and one before I workout.
