I just realized that I am now down 90 pounds from the beginning of my weight loss journey. I still have 60 pounds to go to meet my long term goal, but my short term goal is only 10 pounds away. My weight loss has slowed down a bit but I won't let that deter me.

I need to keep at it. It is hard because I have been having cravings for foods I normally have whenever I want. I try to make foods that taste good and are satisfying, but I often don't meet that need. To try to help counter that problem, I have been intermittent fasting and eating all of my calories in about an 8 hour period. Sometimes I am perfectly fine with a 200 calorie snack and really don't feel the need to eat, but sometimes I find that I am ravenous and could easily eat an entire pizza should it be available to me.

So we shall see if I reach my goal by September 3rd. That's 2 pounds a week. I'll make sure to add some walking back in to keep the pace going.

You have made great progress and I wish you continued success! I was thinking the other day about a time when I had lost a lot of weight, and my cravings got very strong for some things. Looking back now, I wonder about things like a vitamin or mineral deficiency. It may be something for you to look into as well. :)
