JUST made my cheeseburger bake pie...mmmmm goood

Cheeseburger Bake
For the ground beef filling:

12 ounces ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper

For the dough:

1 ½ cups superfine almond flour
½ teaspoons xanthan gum .... I used psyllium husk
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
1 large egg
1 ½ cups part-skim finely grated mozzarella cheese

For the assembly:

¼ whole red onion, sliced lengthwise
14 slices of dill pickles
2 tablespoons yellow mustard
1 ½ cups grated cheddar cheese

For the ground beef filling:
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Have two pieces of parchment paper that are about 18 inches long, a rolling pin, and a baking sheet set aside. An insulated baking sheet works best for this recipe, but other baking sheets will work as well.

i left some of the stuff on the recipe out as i dont use the worstersauce or salt an pepper..i just love the taste of the crust..second time i have made the cheeseburger bake using the recipe..last time i made it in the shape of a long bun with everything inside..and the ends pinched shut...

I also added heavy whipped cream as needed to moisten dough so I could work with it...your suppose to put cheese in double broiler..an kinda melt it before adding to dough...easier to add heavy cream..
