Happy Saturday, my Best Buddies:

I am enjoying a good rest day from the gym today, and working hard to stay on track with my nutrition plan so I can hit the Idiot Box tomorrow morning. I know recently I weighed above my posted weight and feel discouraged - so I just want to see progress downward.

It is hard to tell if any of my gain is really muscle until I get a caliper reading with my trainer. I want first to see fat loss on the Idiot Box back down to my posted weight or less before I meet with him.

Short Range Goals:
* Macros 60%-70% fat, 20-30% protein, 10-15% carbs - better under 10%!
* Back in the "Blue" on Idiot Boxes while retaining muscle - June?
* Drink at least 12 - 14 cups of fresh water daily - especially on gym days
* Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting four to five days
* Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Long Range Goals: 2017
*Bodyfat at 20% (Current 24.5%) by year end 2017
*Maintain Idiot Boxes around 152-158lbs staying under goal weight
*Increased strength, endurance and flexibility during workouts

@Lynnybird: I use the computer app and can see my "inbox" and "outbox" under "My FatSecret" and "Messages" - if you are using the phone app, I do not know.
