I am admittedly a little disappointed that today's weigh in wasn't in the 220's. I have not felt all that great these last couple of days, I feel like I do when I am adapting to Ketosis, so I figure that it is probably something to do with it. I had a small HI-C drink in the hopes that might help, but it hasn't made any difference and I'm not willing to derail my results by eating a whole bunch of carbs today to see if that fixes it lol.

It will happen tomorrow for sure! Right now I'm making some lunch before I have to head back into work. I am definitely not enjoying my back pain at the moment, but I'll push through and get it done.

Pain is like a wet blanket to mood - I experience a little bit, but my sweet hubby struggles with several major injuries and is in constant pain. Hang in there and just keep doing the "right" things and the scale will reward you :-)
