BIG mistake not preparing and taking my breakfast to work! I kept snacking on pork rinds...till the bag was gone...easy to do on graveyard shift.

i understand about forgetting to take breakfast. But it is just one meal so that should hurt too bad. you are still doing good.

Love the pic of the chicken, as HCB said lots of sodium you might want to avoid the scale for a day or so because of fluid.

You guys are right! Lots of sodium. It is really hard on graveyard if I don't bring healthy food with me. The only places that are open are gas station stores or vending machines...that is if I get a break! (Sometimes I will sit at my desk for 12 hrs straight...it's not a healthy job but it pays the bills!)
