NOTE TO SELF: FAUX CHICKEN CHOW MEIN - CUT UP LEFT OVER THIGH MEAT INTO SMALL PIECES AND WARM UP IN OLIVE OIL AND SESAME OIL, ADD ASIAN CHILI SAUCE, ADD SLICED WHITE ONION, SOY SAUCE...WHEN OIL IS HOT ADD THINLY SLICED GREEN CABBAGE AND STIR FRY ALL TOGETHER.
