I keep telling myself that I will start eating right and exercising every day and every day, I fail. All I can do is keep trying. I have been waking up at odd hours and not being able to go back to sleep. Last night, I woke up and got on Fat Secret and got inspired. I figure the more I think about eating healthy and exercising, the more likely I will be to do it. I am going to challenge myself and see how much weight I can lose before Christmas. Wish me luck!
