Cucumber Salad

Cucumber, red onion, oil and vinegar salad.



  1. Peel and slice cucumbers. Add to bowl.
  2. Thinly slice half a large red onion. Add to bowl.
  3. Drizzle oil and vinegar over mixture. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Toss and serve.
