This soup has too many carbs and it's too high in sodium and fats. When I make soups I like to keep them under 200 calories. The fibers and proteins are good.

I input all the info into Fitday and came up with these totals: Calories-2520, Fat-62g for the whole thing. I am going to guess at the number of serving sizes being 8, which yields the following totals: Calories-315, Fat-7.75g. So I guess that's not too bad.
However, I feel that for Sonoma wave 1 there shouldn't be that much corn (way too much sugars) and the soy sauce adds a load of salt. Maybe try this later on in wave 2 as a treat. I would also use fat free reduced sodium broth and lite soy sauce.
P.S. The 300g of minced (ground) chicken = 10.537 oz (so about 3 /4 of a pound) and the 600g creamed corn = 21.075 oz, so probably (I think an average size can is 15 oz) about 1 1/2 cans.
