Beer Bread

Very easy to make bread with a sweet, buttery flavor.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350° F (175° C).
  2. Grease loaf pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients, except for butter.
  4. Pour mixture in loaf pan.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Place 1 stick of butter on top of loaf.
  7. Return to oven and bake an additional 25-30 minutes.
  8. Remove from oven and let sit for 5 minutes. Sprinkle top of loaf with sea salt (optional). Serve hot.
